This was Raleigh’s top production race frame from 88. It has been powder coated professionally and cassorama decals applied. The Shimano Sante groupset had to be the coolest most pretentious range Shimano ever made. It came in between Dura Ace and Ultegra and was basically their first attempt at at a “lifestyle” groupset. For cool guys&####128526;&####128514. The drive side crank has been mostly polished because the paint was looking tatty. The brakes and shifters are newly fitted NOS. Wheels are Record hubs on Mavic Tubular rims with 24mm Challenge tires/not the awful tufo tires pictured. This bike is a dream to ride, super smooth. Turns heads wherever I go and is just a cool bike to ride. It’s been restored to ride, not a period collectors item.
