The shifters have been fitted for the last 9 years (approx 50,000km of use), they are in full working order, and no major scratches or scuffs, a few light scratches but in very good condition for their age. The rear mech has a brand new barrell adjuster fitted and works perfectly, again, just a few age related scratches. The front mech worked fine on my bike setup, however the H/L limit screws are totally seized, and would need replacing (if possible). The chain and cassette were bought together and have less than 2000km of use, cassette cogs are in good condition, have a lot of life left in them yet. Brake calipers are in fine condition, the paint right in the centre i. On the tyre line on the rear caliper has been worn away over time from rear-wheel-debris; happens on all these style calipers…. Other than that, the brakes are in mint condition. Calipers also come with various length fitting bolts so they should fit any frame. Brake pads are supreme quality and when paired with an aluminium rim they offer very powerful braking even in the wet (I had mavic open pro rims fitted to this bike). They have been on for about 10,000km and have about 80-90% of original material remaining. Pedals are well used, but in very good condition; the only issue with them is they have plenty of scratches. Ultegra compact chainset — I fitted this chainset when the original triple chainset wore out and it was too expensive to replace the chainrings as Shimano had stopped making the triple chainrings and everywhere was charging a fortune for them. So I got a cheap Ultegra 6700 compact chainset and used that for about 10,000km, it’s got a few scratches on the driveside crank, but teeth are in very good condition….. I mostly used this chainset in the big ring as living in cambridgeshire there’s not much use for the inner ring. Tiagra triple chainset — Once shimano started making a good 10speed triple chainset again, I bought one…. Wanted it so that shifting worked well as a triple shifter with double chainset was a bit of a temporary bodge. This chainset is in very good condition and is about 2 years old, with lockdown last year it’s covered less than 5000km. Offered for sale with no reserve, I’m not splitting this bundle as I can’t be bothered with the hassle of sending many parts to many different people.
