This is the 2018 which i bought from tredz (sticker still on) back in late 2017 and used it extensively for that summer, the winter, following summer and winter. I bought this as i had a number of contracts across europe and beyond which saw me off for weeks at a time and wanting to keep up on training i carried this around with me to each country rather than hire locally, as a result its covered some serious miles, and been almost everywhere on the planet! Always transported in a proper hard proper sherpr bike box but as you can imagine there are plenty of knocks to the paint, grazes and chips to prove its hard work and use so if you are looking for a gleaming shiny as new bike, look somewhere else! This bike is well used, has plenty of marks and chips and scratches to prove it but has never been crashed, never dropped and never abused. Paint missing from chips and the largest under the bottom bracket from a chain slip, other than that its fair wear and tear for a used bike as you would expect. I kept it after returning to use on the rollers at home and before so had it checked and xrayed by CarbonKing who gave the frame a clean bill of health, no cracks or damage its just paintwork which you can touch up if you so see fit or just run a pro carbon bike as your winter ride! Specs are as follows. FSA Headset — steerer tube is un cut. Shimano RC Wheels 700c with new michelin tyres and tubes. Shimano 105 groupset 11 speed with. 11-32 rear cassette (bigger than the rear mech should do so suggest you swap for a 11-28 or 30) diddnt matter to me as i used on the rollers so never went up that far, im keeping the zip wheelset i bought for it so bought these wheels for indoors so have never been out. Giant cadence sensor — not used for a year so will need new batteries. All in all its a corker of a bike, could do with a fresh setup as its been sitting a while now un used, cables have been changed but worth re doing for winter/ summer but if you are looking for a new winter bike and dont fancy something heavy and clunky then this is for you! Or if you are wanting to get into the higher end carbon road bikes by snapping up a bargain then equally its a gem! Or just a great good quality and now rather cheap hacking bike to train on and not really care about. Pedals are not included of course.
