Bought this a few months ago, upgraded it, took it around the block and I dont think Im going to use it. Less than a mile, very fast and light bike for the price range. I prefer the mountain bike. New 11 speed Shimano 105 Compact groupset. New Shimano RS330 wheelset with Continental Grandprix 4000s II tyres. The Allez is exactly the same frame as the Elite and the Sport, which retail for far more. All are the E5 frame which means the only difference really is the groupset. However, the Sport only has the Sora groupset and the elite, although comes with the 105 chainset and mechs, does not come with 105 calipers and the wheelset is again of a lesser quality than those supplied. Does not come with pedals. It is just under 19lbs without pedals. Any questions then please ask.
